Previously announced as a LAN in North America, the tournament will take place online in Europe. Following the cancellation of the DreamHack Anaheim festival in December, the CS:GO tournament ESL Challenger 48 has been moved online. For teams not from Europe, ESL will provide full accommodation so that all participants can travel to bootcamp locations. All of the regional qualifiers for the event have already completed, with four invited teams yet to be announced. Three of the four qualified teams hail from different continents and will need to travel to Europe rather than North America to compete in the event in February. Aside from the location of the event and moving online, all other factors of the event will remain the same. This includes the $100,000 prize pool, format, and Pro Tour points distribution, meaning teams still have the same incentives to fight for. Here is the current team list for ESL Challenger 48:DBL PONEY
